In terms of structural design, we have refined the design for the structural characteristics of hybrid batteries. By optimizing the internal structure and layout of the battery and reducing redundant parts, we have successfully reduced the overall weight of the battery. At the same time, we also adopted a modular design idea, dividing the battery into multiple independent modules for easy maintenance and replacement.


In terms of manufacturing process, we have introduced advanced automated production lines and precision processing equipment to improve the accuracy and efficiency of battery manufacturing. By adopting advanced molding, welding and encapsulation technologies, we ensure the safety and reliability of the batteries, and at the same time achieve the goal of lightweight batteries.


After a series of experimental validation and performance tests, our hybrid battery lightweight technology has achieved remarkable results. The new lightweight batteries are not only significantly lighter, but also have improved performance. This enables hybrid vehicles to have higher energy efficiency, longer range and better maneuverability, bringing users a better travel experience.


Looking ahead, we will continue to devote ourselves to the development and innovation of lightweight technology for hybrid batteries.
