  • Q What's the difference between cell & module?

    A Cell is the basic unit of the hybrid battery pack, different packs have different cells.
    A module is composed of a few cells.
    Several modules make up into a complete pack, different models require different numbers of modules.

  • Q What's the warranty policy?

    A 2-3 years or 100,000KM (whichever comes first) warranty is available.

  • Q Is it brand new or used battery?

    A TOHOP is always provides brand new cylindrical hybrid batteries.

  • Q Do you sell hybrid battery cells or sticks individually?

    A The answer is no, we usually serve the whole pack to ensure the consistency of the battery.

  • Q Can you print logo as required?

    A
    TOHOP strongly supports our dealer by many measures, which including OEM services.
     

  • Q How do you ship the batteries?

    A
    TOHOP usually delivered via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT for sample orders. More than 10 packs we ship by sea. We also offer DDP terms. (which we can ship it to your address in including all imported tax and duty for USA and Europe clients.) Please contact us for more detail. 
     

  • Q How long it takes to ship the batteries?

    A Due to the nature of the hybrid battery, it cannot be stored in a warehouse for a long time. Therefore our general production time is 7-10 days, the air freight time is 7-10 days, and the sea freight time is 25-30 days.

  • Q What are the symptoms of a hybrid battery failing?

    A Hybrid electric vehicles will normally set the triangle warning on the dash and you will notice the engine revving as well as the battery-cooling fan operating at high speed constantly.

  • Q What does the fault code on the dashboard mean?
